These adorable DIY Halloween Lollipop ghosts are super easy to make and are a perfect party favor. Use them for school parties or give them to your guests at your next Halloween party.
How to Make Lollipop Ghosts Halloween Party Favors
Step 1: Gather Your Supplies & Materials:

Large Round Lollipops
Coffee Filters: Any type of coffee filter will work. If you do not have access to coffee filters, you could also
Black & Orange Ribbon
You’ll also need a black marker and a pair of scissors.
Step 2: Cut Out Strips of Ribbon
The first thing you’ll need is to cut the strips of ribbon so you can use them to tie the coffee filters around the lollipops.
I cut mine in between about 4-6 inch lengths – you’ll want to make sure you have enough room to tie them into small bows.
Cut both the orange and black ribbons the same length and set them in piles together.
Step 3: Wrap Coffee Filters Around Lollipop & Tie With Bow
This step is fun and easy!
Take a coffee filter and wrap it around the lollipop. Next. take the orange and black ribbons and tie them around the stem of the lollipop to secure the coffee filters in place.
Step 4: Decorate With Ghost Faces!
Of course no proper ghost should be without big eyes and some silly faces!
You can use any type of markers to do this – just draw on eyes and a smile! If you are throwing a Halloween party for kids, you could even consider making this an activity for them to decorate their own ghost pop!
